CUSTOMER SUPPORT  We believe that the communication and mutual trust established throughout the first year of operation is the key to a successful system. Our mutual goal of proper control and reduced operating costs can only be achieved by working together.

OPTIMAL START-STOP  This program starts and stops mechanical equipment each morning and evening in direct proportion to your occupied temperature needs. This method of control will avoid predetermined time schedules, such as a clock or electronic timer. Optimal start and stop program will take into consideration inside/outside temperatures in relationship to your equipments recovery capabilities.

TIME OF DAY SCHEDULING  This method is used by most facilities to reset occupied temperatures to predetermined unoccupied temperatures. Our program takes this procedure one step further. We calculate precisely the exact unoccupied reset temperature for the most effective recovery the following day.

HIGH-LOW TEMPERATURE LIMITS  This program allows you to select high and low temperature parameters throughout your facility without the worry of personnel tampering with the thermostats. You simply select heating and air conditioning comfort levels desired.

DEMAND CONTROL  Almost every facility pays a penalty for using too much electricity at any given time of the month. With proper staging and load shedding programs, much of this penalty can be kept to a minimum.

BOILER-CHILLER OPTIMIZATION  This program gives your central heating and cooling system additional information such as indoor temperatures throughout your facility, outdoor temperatures and humidity, as well as return and supply temperatures. From these analog inputs, we can build a program to determine proper heating or cooling needs throughout the year.

HOLIDAY TEMPERATURE RESET  This program allows your facility to remain in unoccupied temperatures on days of the week that are usually an occupied condition.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE  This program logs such data as a cumulative equipment run time, overrides, temperature sensors, electrical demand, steam pressure, and alarms. All preventive maintenance programs can be custom designed to meet each facility's needs.
