• Your in-house personnel will have the capability of reviewing all load status, temperatures, and alarms throughout your facility from one central location.
It is a known fact that each building has its own particular needs. All programming of the system is done in relationship to the individual requirements of you and your staff. Together, with the cooperation of our staff and your maintenance personnel, we will adjust your system to its maximum efficiency.

• Our Facility Automation System will be accompanied by a full one year service agreement which includes all parts, labor, and unlimited service calls.

• The following guarantee accompanies most of our installations:

If, at the end of the agreement period, you are not satisfied with the savings created or the services rendered, we will remove the system and refund all monies received, less the savings created for the same period of time. This does not apply to new construction or to buildings without billing history.

• If you are presently using another company's Facility Automation System and would like more than hardware and an operational manual which will in all probability involve expensive updates to software, please take the time to read our literature and feel free to call our references. • You will be dealing with a firm that is responsible for the installation and fine tuning of the system and complete first year service, all of which is included in the purchase plan.
